God's Work. Our Hands.
Hunger Ministry
We help those who don’t get enough to eat by donating or cooking food. We also raise money to feed hungry people & families and increase  awareness of hunger issues.
 Opportunities
Donate non-perishable food items by placing them in the basket in the Narthex.  The food goes to people who stop by the church or to Manna Food Center in Rockville, which feeds more than 3,000 of our hungry neighbors every month.  For more information about Manna's mission  - and the essential services that Living Faith Lutheran helps the food bank provide - click here.

Cook a warm meal in the Fellowship Hall kitchen for delivery to Chase Partnership House,  which serves men transitioning from homelessness and recovering from substance abuse & mental health issues. For more information about the Chase shelter - a program of Community Ministries of Rockville, one of Living Faith's partner organizations - click here.
